Shipping policy

Shipping takes 3 business days in the USA; depending on the carrier's schedule, it can be up to five days. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Worldwide shipping may be delayed due to unknown circumstances through postal systems. We keep in contact with you during the process of shipping to ensure arrival. 

There is to be no exchange, return or refund for shipping on items available now or pre-orders that are on sale or purchased with a discount of over $99 at the time of purchase. 

In the event of an exchange, shipping charges are non-refundable. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping charges that occur during the exchange process.
